polyview: A Python package for multi-view machine learning

Multi-view learning jointly exploits multiple complementary representations of the same data and has become increasingly important in machine learning. However, the Python ecosystem lacks actively maintained, unified tooling for end-to-end multi…

Computing Smooth Geodesics under Two-Sided Curvature Bounds with Applications to Robotics and Image Analysis

Curvature of planar curves serves as a key regularization term for computing second-order minimal paths, due to its tight relevance to desirable geometric properties such as smoothness, rigidity, and elasticity. In this paper, we tackle a more…

Diffusion Flow Matching: Dimension-Improved KL Bounds and Wasserstein Guarantees

Diffusion Flow Matching (DFM) has recently emerged as a versatile framework for generative modeling, yet its theoretical convergence properties remain only partially understood. In this work, we provide refined and novel convergence guarantees for…

Quantum collapse mutation-based Salp Swarm Algorithm (QCM-SSA) for spatial alliance of point clouds

The consistency of the metaphor approaches is crucial in attaining reliable and optimal solutions in multifaceted computational engineering and optimization processes. Although the Salp Swarm Algorithm (SSA) has earned recognition owing to its…

A Finslerian Approach for Embedding Directed Data

Many datasets carry an intrinsic directionality: citations point backward in time, cells differentiate along lineages, and traffic follows preferred routes. Spectral embedding methods, including most of their extensions to directed graphs, discard…

Automatic sub-bundle tractometry reveals localized microstructural variations in complex white matter topographies

Conventional tractometry averages white matter microstructure into a single profile, masking intra-bundle spatial heterogeneity and diluting localized alterations. We propose an automatic sub-bundle tractometry framework using Fréchet-based…

Scene-functional alignment in an industrial environment

Industrial facilities built before modern digital modeling tools often lack a direct connection between their functional schematics and their 3D geometry. Yet, this link is crucial as it paves the way to building a 3D digital twin useful for many…

Are discrete diffusion models with few data just optimised copy-paste generative methods ?

Diffusion models achieve strong generative performance in many applications, but remain difficult to interpret. This issue is particularly important in medical imaging, where datasets are often small and the novelty of generated images must be…

GraphToolbox: A Configurable Python Framework for Graph Neural Network Forecasting

Electricity forecasting often involves spatially related signals observed over regions, substations, and feeders, and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) provide a natural way to represent these relations. Building a complete GNN forecasting experiment is…
