SAM-Guide : vers un premier Laser Run à destination de sportifs non-voyants

The ANR SAM-Guide project aims to make Laser Run accessible to blind and visually impaired individuals through a multimodal combination of navigation and target acquisition assistance systems. The device provides real-time auditory and/or tactile feedback on body position and laser gun orientation toward a virtual target. We describe the system architecture and report the initial results obtained from participants with and without visual impairments.
